About Tiffany Rosenblum
Tiffany’s passion for health and fitness is rooted in her own journey through struggle. She had always been an athlete and interested in nutrition. But after an unexpected season of depression, a personal trainer helped her lose 21% body fat through exercise which simultaneously regulated her mood, her confidence, and her life. She felt compelled to empower other people to do the same. She believes that diet and exercise are strongly linked to mental health and a higher quality of life.
She has been working in the fitness industry since 2008. By 2013 she had established a small outdoor personal training company, focusing on the strength and wellbeing of women. Tiffany has a BA in Interpersonal Communications from Biola University and a heart for anyone who is uncomfortable in a gym setting. She wants to be a part of your journey and encourage you to become
