About Laura Jangaard
In 2014, Laura joined the GIVE fitness team and immediately fell in love with GIVE’s culture. Laura’s love for people and desire to be a lifelong learner are two of her own passions in life. When Laura is not at the gym she can be found camping, playing with her daughter or reading. One of Laura’s greatest passions is coaching women. She is inspired by her client’s; their stories,accomplishments and the “why” behind the goals they have set for themselves. Laura is knowledgeable in nutrition, weight loss, injury rehabilitation, as well as pre & post-natal fitness. Laura’s approach to health and fitness is well-rounded, thus she guides her clients on the importance of mindset and consistent, sustainable changes in order to achieve their goals. With Laura, you will be challenged and encouraged,gain confidence and have fun! Laura will help you focus on your goals and give you a clear a path to achieve them.
