About Katie Bywater
Katie was a stay at home mom that found a passion for fitness and nutrition after changing he own lifestyle and losing over 40 pounds. She battled through sciatica twice that left her immobile for several days. Knowing she couldn’t live in fear of her own body, she began to rebuild her core strength in the gym. Since then Katie has lost 25% body fat, competed in several 5k and 10k races as well as a CrossFit competition. She believes that overall health and wellness is a continuous journey and wants to help you make fitness an enjoyable part of yours!
