About Jessica Donaldson
Jessica found her love for health and fitness after joining GIVE Fitness in 2014. She originally joined in order to have “me” time – taking full advantage of the amazing KidCare. As she got into a fitness routine, she realized how much she enjoyed working out. Having struggled with weight issues most of her life, she finally found success and lost over 80lbs. She has first-hand knowledge of the consistency, motivation, and determination it takes to reach goals. She loves being able to provide the tools clients need to succeed in their fitness journey, while also
motivating and encouraging them along the way. She teaches group exercise classes, personal training, and group training. Trust the process!
