About Ann Whitt
Ann is a qualified, experienced trainer and is extremely passionate about helping her clients reach their goals. She decided to pursue her career in the fitness industry after her own 100 pound weight loss. She has since completed over a dozen Triathlons, several half marathons, a Tough Mudder and a Spartan race. Ann’s personal fitness journey makes her the perfect fit for deconditioned clients who are ready to safely become healthy, strong and fit. She views fitness as an ongoing process and encourages her clients to focus on progress, instead of perfection.
